LEVEL 0 – DISCOVERING THE BRAND

The Level 0 program is the foundation of brand building and we begin this program by exploring all the thoughts and ideas you have in your mind to bring clarity to what is the brand you are choosing to built and why. In this program you will create a niche for your brand, have clarity in your purpose, differentiate from your competitors, stand out in the marketplace, define your ideal client and create a position for your brand.

DIFFERENTIATE
The first module helps you gain insight to what the competitors are doing and where do they stand in the industry or market place. This step is crucial before defining or designing anything in the business.

STAND OUT
Once we know where the competitors stand the second module will help you differentiate your business from the competitors gaining a competitive advantage and enable it to stand out in the marketplace.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The third module is about discovering your ideal client by defining the demographics, psychographics and geographic of your target audience.

POSITION YOUR BRAND
The fourth module defines the position you want to create in the marketplace for your brand and explains why the consumers should buy from you.

LEVEL 1 – DISCOVERING THE JOURNEY

The Level 1 program Discovering the journey will enable you to put your brand directly in the minds of your customer and create the desired perception. In this workshop you will define a road map, identify actions you need to take, define processes that your customer will go through and the experience they will have while interacting and engaging with your brand.

MAPPING THE JOURNEY
In the first module, we will understand and differentiate the products and services you offer and which products and services is best suited based on the target audience. This will enable us to map the entire journey that your audience will take to enter into your brand, interact, engage and become a consumer of your brand.

DESIGNING THE JOURNEY
In the second module, we will go through the 7 stages of customer to define their thought process, goals and objectives, your actions, purpose and intention to serve your customers, touchpoints you will need to use to create awareness and the experience they will have at each stage of their customer journey.

LEVEL 2 – DISCOVERING THE CORE

The core is defined as the most important part of something and while building a brand the most important parts are it’s Values, Belief & Realm. The level 2 program Discovering the core you will discover the Values of your brand, brand’s Beliefs and the Realm in which your brand exists to strengthen your position in the market place.

VALUES
In the first module, we discover the core values that your brand stands for. These core values guide the brand in taking relevant actions, supports in decision making and demonstrates the way the brand behaves.

BELIEF
In the second module we discover what the brand’s belief system is to make what the brand stands for certain. This also includes discovering what is it that matters to you as a brand and to it’s customers.

REALM
While we know the area of our expertise and the products or services we offer, in the third module we discover the realm for your brand to operate in i.e. an area of interest to conduct your activities in.

LEVEL 3 – DISCOVERING THE FUTURE

The future can certainly be uncertain when it comes to business. The Level 3 Discovering the future program will help you discover the vision and mission for your brand in a way that will bring certainty in actions to a great extent. When you have clarity in your vision and mission, your actions become consistent and consistency can bring certainty in any given business.

In the first module, we create the vision for the brand. It is simply a statement that describes the impact you want to create in this world with the help of your brand.

MISSION
In the second module, we create the mission for your brand. It is a statement that clearly defines how it plans to serve the people in it’s community and create the desired impact.

LEVEL 4 – ALIGNING WITH THE BRAND

Creating a brand is one thing and being aligned to the brand is all together different. In this level 4 program we align everyone including your employees, vendors, partners, directors and even stakeholders to the thoughtful brand that you’re building. This allows everyone to speak the same language – an essential ingredient for building a sustainable brand.
